Jesco Pump Sodium Hypochlorite Chemical Dosing System for Water Plant

Hypochlorous acid generator is a system which is produced by electrolysis of tap water through water purification system and is produced by a special electrolytic cell. The system produce hypochlorous acid (HCLO) with pH (5~6.5), redox potential (ORP value +750mv or more) and available chlorine (50~60mg/L), also produce sodium hydroxide (NaOH) with PH (10~12), redox potential(ORP value -800~900 mv).

Sea Water Electrolysis Sodium Hypochlorite Generator is used electrolytic principle, it works through by on-site electrolysis of seawater to produce sodium hypochlorite solution, and automatically dosing into the feed seawater to eliminate algae and microorganisms, thus prevent the biofouling in the seawater system (such as cooling circuits, intake pipes and heat exchangers). 

The ultraviolet disinfector integrates comprehensive sciences such as optics, microbiology, mechanics, chemistry, electronics, and fluid mechanics. The UV-C ultraviolet light generated by the imported or high-quality domestically produced high-efficiency, high-intensity, and long-life UV-C ultraviolet light generating device is used to irradiate the flowing water. When the bacteria and viruses in the water are irradiated with a sufficient dose of UV-C ultraviolet light (wavelength 253.7nm), their cell DNA and cell structure are destroyed, and cell regeneration cannot proceed, thereby achieving the effect of water disinfection and purification. The ultraviolet light with a wavelength of 185nm can also decompose organic molecules in the water, produce hydroxyl free radicals, and oxidize organic molecules in the water into CO₂ and H₂O , and achieve the effect of removing TOC.

The electrolyzer is fed a DC current from the rectifier and electrolyzes the diluted brine into sodium hypochlorite solution. Chlorine evolves at the anode surface, while hydrogen and hydroxide evolves at the cathode surface. The secondary reaction of chlorine, sodium and the hydroxyl ion nets sodium hypochlorite (chlorine bleach) at a 0.8% solution. Below 1%, hypo is classified as a non-hazardous chemical although still a very effective disinfectant. The only by-product, hydrogen, is safely vented into the atmosphere.

The ozone generation chamber and power cabinet are designed as separate units, allowing flexible placement and easy installation. Suitable for large-scale ozone generators.  

The ozone generation chamber and power cabinet are mounted on the same skid- mounted base. The generation chamber has a horizontal structure, with 1.5 meters of clearance required on both sides of the unit for maintenance, allowing for easy servicing and up keep.  

Acidic Electrolyzed Oxidizing Water， another name “Hypochlorous acid” is a neutral, low-molecular-weight small molecule with no charge, allowing it to easily penetrate the negatively charged cell membranes and efficiently disrupt functional enzymes inside bacteria. Its bactericidal effectiveness is approximately 100 times greater than that of alcohol or iodine-based disinfectants. It can rapidly eliminate a wide range of microbial pathogens within a short period. Even highly resilient spore-forming bacteria can be killed within 10 minutes, achieving a destruction rate of over 99% against bacteria, fungi, and viruses.

The alkaline electrolytic ionized water is formed by membrane electrolytic technology, and increases the concentration of hydroxide ions (OH-) (pH 10~12) and oxidation potential (-900 mV) in water. Unlike usual alkaline water, alkaline electrolytic ionized water does not contain synthetic surfactants or chemicals, so it is reliable and safe to use and has a high cleaning, sterilization and deodorization effect.
