Electrolyser(electrodes or electrolysis cell) is designed for producing 8000ppm sodium hypochlorite through 0.3% brine, which is stable and safty running onsite. The electrodes is made of pure Titanium, with ruthenium & iridium oxide coating which ensure over 5 years coating life, over 18 years titanium base material, reduce the chlorine evolution potential and electricity consumption.

The polarity reverse titanium electrolytic cell is utilized in sodium hypochlorite generators. Sodium hypochlorite solution is produced by electrolyzing a sodium chloride solution without a membrane and then diluting it. This technology is suitable for various applications including sodium hypochlorite generators, water treatment equipment, and electrolytic disinfection equipment.

The electrolyzer is fed a DC current from the rectifier and electrolyzes the diluted brine into sodium hypochlorite solution. Chlorine evolves at the anode surface, while hydrogen and hydroxide evolves at the cathode surface. The secondary reaction of chlorine, sodium and the hydroxyl ion nets sodium hypochlorite (chlorine bleach) at a 0.8% solution. Below 1%, hypo is classified as a non-hazardous chemical although still a very effective disinfectant. The only by-product, hydrogen, is safely vented into the atmosphere.

Platinum-coated titanium electrode is a typical Dimensionally Stable Anode. It is a composite electrode constructed with a metallic titanium substrate as the base, upon which a thin layer of platinum (often not pure platinum but rather an alloy or mixture of platinum and other precious metals) serving as the active catalytic layer is applied onto its surface through specialized processes such as thermal decomposition or electroplating.

The alkaline electrolytic ionized water is formed by membrane electrolytic technology, and increases the concentration of hydroxide ions (OH-) (pH 10~12) and oxidation potential (-900 mV) in water. The UV-C ultraviolet light generated by the imported or high-quality domestically produced high-efficiency, high-intensity, and long-life UV-C ultraviolet light generating device is used to irradiate the flowing water. When the bacteria and viruses in the water are irradiated with a sufficient dose of UV-C ultraviolet light (wavelength 253.7nm), their cell DNA and cell structure are destroyed, and cell regeneration cannot proceed, thereby achieving the effect of water disinfection and purification. The ultraviolet light with a wavelength of 185nm can also decompose organic molecules in the water, produce hydroxyl free radicals, and oxidize organic molecules in the water into CO₂ and H₂O , and achieve the effect of removing TOC.
