Low Pressure Closed Vessel Tube Type UV System for Water Disinfection

Purevita UV Sterilization Technology utilizes a specially designed high-intensity, high-efficiency, and long-life C-band 253.6nm ultraviolet light generator to produce powerful UV irradiation for water streams. This UV light destroys the DNA structure of pathogens in water, rendering them inactive and achieving sterilization. The principle of UV sterilization relies on photon energy: shorter wavelengths correspond to higher photon energy, resulting in stronger germicidal efficacy. At 253.6nm, UV light rapidly and efficiently disrupts bacterial DNA, preventing replication and ensuring effective water disinfection.

The polarity reverse titanium electrolytic cell is utilized in sodium hypochlorite generators. Sodium hypochlorite solution is produced by electrolyzing a sodium chloride solution without a membrane and then diluting it. This technology is suitable for various applications including sodium hypochlorite generators, water treatment equipment, and electrolytic disinfection equipment.

Platinum-coated titanium electrode is a typical Dimensionally Stable Anode. It is a composite electrode constructed with a metallic titanium substrate as the base, upon which a thin layer of platinum (often not pure platinum but rather an alloy or mixture of platinum and other precious metals) serving as the active catalytic layer is applied onto its surface through specialized processes such as thermal decomposition or electroplating.

Coating titanium anode is also referred to as Mixed Metal Oxide (MMO) titanium anode and Dimensionally Stable Anode (DSA), as well as Dimensionally Stable Electrode (DSE). By brushing precious metal coating on the titanium substrate, it can have a good electric catalytic activity and electrical conductivity.

Electrolyser(electrodes or electrolysis cell) is designed for producing 8000ppm sodium hypochlorite through 0.3% brine, which is stable and safty running onsite. The electrodes is made of pure Titanium, with ruthenium & iridium oxide coating which ensure over 5 years coating life, over 18 years titanium base material, reduce the chlorine evolution potential and electricity consumption.
