Hypochlorous acid generator is a system which is produced by electrolysis of tap water through water purification system and is produced by a special electrolytic cell. The system produce hypochlorous acid (HCLO) with pH (5~6.5), redox potential (ORP value +750mv or more) and available chlorine (50~60mg/L), also produce sodium hydroxide (NaOH) with PH (10~12), redox potential(ORP value -800~900 mv).

Acidic Electrolyzed Oxidizing Water， another name “Hypochlorous acid” is a neutral, low-molecular-weight small molecule with no charge, allowing it to easily penetrate the negatively charged cell membranes and efficiently disrupt functional enzymes inside bacteria. Its bactericidal effectiveness is approximately 100 times greater than that of alcohol or iodine-based disinfectants. It can rapidly eliminate a wide range of microbial pathogens within a short period. Even highly resilient spore-forming bacteria can be killed within 10 minutes, achieving a destruction rate of over 99% against bacteria, fungi, and viruses.

The ultraviolet disinfector integrates comprehensive sciences such as optics, microbiology, mechanics, chemistry, electronics, and fluid mechanics. The UV-C ultraviolet light generated by the imported or high-quality domestically produced high-efficiency, high-intensity, and long-life UV-C ultraviolet light generating device is used to irradiate the flowing water. When the bacteria and viruses in the water are irradiated with a sufficient dose of UV-C ultraviolet light (wavelength 253.7nm), their cell DNA and cell structure are destroyed, and cell regeneration cannot proceed, thereby achieving the effect of water disinfection and purification. The ultraviolet light with a wavelength of 185nm can also decompose organic molecules in the water, produce hydroxyl free radicals, and oxidize organic molecules in the water into CO₂ and H₂O , and achieve the effect of removing TOC.
